Trips and plans
Trips, plans and optional purchase eligibility details (citizenship, purchase location and age) you choose to save are stored in this browser. When switching languages, form inputs are temporarily kept in this tab and restored after navigation. No phone number or mobile-provider login is required. Saved routes separately keep destinations, relative dates and traveller settings, without old balances or purchase results. Export or delete trips and routes separately from My trips; long-term comparisons, including recurring routes, departure dates and skipped trips, have separate save, export and delete controls on the Long-term page.
Feedback and usage statistics
Submitted corrections are stored for review. Usage counts are grouped by day, home market, destination and interface language; they do not store your travel dates, balances, phone number, citizenship, purchase location or age. Short-lived abuse-prevention records use hourly digests, not raw IP addresses.
Visiting providers
Purchases are handled by the provider. Their privacy policy, prices and terms apply on their website.
Website analytics
The public website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, traffic sources, devices and approximate regions. The Google tag may use cookies and send visit and device information to Google. Our initialization does not send trip forms, balances, identity details or URL query parameters. Administration and saved-trip pages do not load this tag.
